Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days (excluding holidays) after delivery.
Exclusions: Autel Software Update Service and personalized/customized items cannot be returned.

Ship Back: Include all accessories, gifts, and manuals in the original packaging. Without an RA number, returns will be rejected.
Quality Issues: We provide a prepaid return label.
Other Reasons: Use a trackable shipping method (e.g., UPS, FedEx). Email the tracking number immediately after dispatch.
Deadline: Return must be postmarked within 7 days of RA approval.
Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Original payment method will be credited. Processing times depend on your bank.
